  • After 15 years of working for several international recruitment agencies, including one of the largest in the world in Mannheim, I wanted to build a company with a more personal touch — one that truly cared about clients and candidates, rather than treating people as numbers.

  • Andrew started his company to change that perception — to show the world, and our clients and candidates, that recruitment is actually a key business function. The people you bring in do the work, and the growth of your company depends on having the right people.

  • Our process is clear and consists of four steps. First, we understand the business: where they are based, what they want, how they are growing, what their product is, and what kind of culture they have. Next, we start the activation phase: searching for the right candidates. Then, we introduce the candidates and finally help close the deal — from offer to hire.

  • We partner with all aspects of tech — from sales and marketing to product, engineering, and everything else tech-related.
