After 15 years of working for several international recruitment agencies, including one of the largest in the world in Mannheim, I wanted to build a company with a more personal touch — one that truly cared about clients and candidates, rather than treating people as numbers.
Andrew started his company to change that perception — to show the world, and our clients and candidates, that recruitment is actually a key business function. The people you bring in do the work, and the growth of your company depends on having the right people.
Our process is clear and consists of four steps. First, we understand the business: where they are based, what they want, how they are growing, what their product is, and what kind of culture they have. Next, we start the activation phase: searching for the right candidates. Then, we introduce the candidates and finally help close the deal — from offer to hire.
We partner with all aspects of tech — from sales and marketing to product, engineering, and everything else tech-related.
Maintaining a personal touch, recruiting consciously, truly listening to our clients and candidates, always caring, and ensuring that our clients get the right people.
